About Dr. T. Kannan Rajaram B.S.M.S.
Born and brought up at Kanyakumari, Southern India is a qualified Siddha Physician. He is the fourth generation of physicians, who have served people years back at his home town Kanyakumari. He gathered & preserved handwritten manuscripts and palm-leaf scriptures about the ancient Varma medicine, collected by his grandparents. Varmam as it is known in the Tamil language is the most ancient of all medicines existent today on earth and it originated at Kanyakumari. At least 5000 years old, it is a complete healing science with its own set of medicines, that is entirely different from the Siddha System of Medicines.
The science of Varma covers everything right from healing physical and mental ailments, dealing with fractures, harmonize the body in accordance with the changes of the cosmos, healing and handling chakras thru Varma spots and you name it, the solution is there in Varmam. Dr. Kannan Rajaram has patiently researched for more than 20+ years writing various educational textbooks for the students interested in pursuing studies into Varma therapy. Some of his textbooks are part of the curriculum for students pursuing the Siddha System of Medicine at Medical schools. He has written 10+ books (and counting) on the intrinsic science of Varma therapy which are currently being translated into English and other languages. He treats his patients with traditional Siddha medicines, special and very rare medicines that are handed over thru family lineage which are age-old secrets and rejuvenating formulas, and Varma therapy along with Varma medicines too. He is a pioneer and one of the handful of authorities in the modern world for Varma therapy.
